Our Story

Since the mid-1980s, we have been at the forefront of London’s architectural and design innovation. Our journey began with the iconic Lloyd’s Building, where we introduced air-conditioned desks designed for high-density, open-plan environments. By combining advanced metalworking techniques, the distinctive character of the original underwriters’ furniture, we established a practical and modern approach to workspace design. Since then, we have continued to influence the development of contemporary commercial interiors with creativity and precision.

Key Projects and Milestones

1990: European Bank for Reconstruction and Development – Introduced bonded glass technology for dividing walls, setting a new standard for flush glass partitions.

1997: British American Tobacco – Developed dry-bonded glass joints, creating frameless internal glass partitions for the first time.

2000: Fidelity – Delivered the first frameless double-glazed partitioning project using the innovative dry-jointed glass patent.

2003: Barclays Bank – Completed a large-scale open-plan office project for 6,000 employees, featuring bench desks in one of the first major commercial installations of the benching concept.

2005: McLaren Group – Created an integrated solution combining industrial, administrative, and public spaces, using consistent design details across both partitioning and desking.

2009: HSBC Hong Kong – Installed the first flush frameless glass partitions, setting a new benchmark in design.

2011: Spiralis Europe and Spiralis Asia Established – Expanded manufacturing capabilities to include glass, aluminium, steel, wood, and composite materials.

2012–2018: Apple HQ, Cupertino – Designed and fabricated twelve custom packages, delivering advanced interiors, from integrated glass partitions to prefabricated restroom pods, using glass, wood, and composite materials.

2019–2022: SAMA HQ, Riyadh – Completed a full interior fit-out, including partitions, desks, loose furniture, and special areas, all finished to the highest standards of design consistency.

2021–2023: TikTok, Multiple Sites in Mainland China – Provided double-glazed systems with straight and curved glass designed to meet the unique needs of each location.

2017–2024: Global Relay, London, NY, Stockholm – Executed multiple projects replicating the client’s design intent with regional adaptations.

2022–2024: Oxman, NY – Delivered a custom laboratory and office installation featuring pioneering innovations such as magnetic levitation sliding doors, concealed AV mechanisms, detachable supercharger floor boxes, and a full range of solid surface laboratory desks and accessories.

Global Reach

Our London headquarters manages global projects with design and project management teams in the UK, Italy, and China. This setup allows us to efficiently manage all aspects of our projects, from design and manufacturing to logistics. Our partners in Italy and China offer top-tier manufacturing, while our local offices ensure each project phase is coordinated with precision and accurately.
